'All was wonderful. Have to say that after making reservations two months in advance m, I was a bit disappointed in where we were placed. I should have said something when we check in but once I got over what I was expecting, the room location was okay but the room itself was over the top. We will go again but be a bit more vocal in our room placement. But this place comes with our strong recommendation to stay. '

'Everything was perfect. Location was fabulous for walking just about anywhere and was across the street from the Santa Fe rail station if you needed to get a little further. We had a room with a view of the marina and the USS Midway which was lit up for Christmas. Parking really convenient. Staff were amazing. Always so friendly and helpful. 5th floor has a rooftop bar with heaters and TVs and views the bay. We will be back!'

'Over prized hotel. 800 dollars for two nights is not cheap. You expect the basics to be in order. Because there's nothing really special about this hotel that would justify a high price. My bathroom sink and bath drain were clothed. Showering means standing enkel deep in water. Going by the lines on the bath this is a long time problem. Also there was water on the floor near the toilet. On top of that they forgot to clean my room. And to top it of the wifi is terrible. What didn't make it...

'Lovely decor, clean and fresh rooms and extremely friendly and supportive staff. Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'

'Fine location. Blaring music in the lobby was less fine and not a fun environment to sit in the morning. Good restaurants and lots of choices. Clise to convention center. '
