'Very convenient to beach and loved the complex. My 3 yo grandson loved the pool and playgrounds. The items left in shed to borrow were greatly appreciated. Biggest issue was keypad sensitivity and at times challenge to log in. Also noted fan in freezer very loud. Back porch was perfect for early morning bird watching. Thanks '

'The fore alarm went off in oir room at 7:12 am. Went to front desk, the "Suoervisor", said there is nothing she could do. Maint. Showed up 2 hour's, 1 minute later.. my 1 grandaughter is deaf, wears hearing aides, my daughter had to leave with her this whole time until the smoke detector was repaired. .I asked a manager to please call me, left my name, cell, and room number..No call, no apology either.. Staff needs to be better trained on how to handle situations..'
