'I hesitated to write this review because I wanted to give the hotel an opportunity to make things right before sharing my experience publicly. I stayed here with my mother and my 7 month old baby for a three night vacation. The hotel was fine overall, but it felt dated, poorly updated in areas, and not as clean as I expected. 'The rooms were clean but they had a very bad smell you can smell it as soon as you open your door. So.e of the young ladies in house keeping wasn't nice at all. Check in was great an check out was great the same you young lady. The front desk people were beauty nice.'

'I have visited this property 3 times now. The property is beautiful and relaxing. The fellow that works at the front desk is so friendly and makes you feel welcomed immediately. The rooms are clean and beds are comfy. I appreciate the free beverages in the mini fridge. I hope to visit again soon.'

'I was charged alot of different fees plus a tip they took out after my stay i knew nothing about. My room had dirt and food in it apon arrival when my daughter pulled the sofa bed out to sleep was crushed cheetos in it. Two of our tvs didn't work right but mainly upset over the charges for the stay. After already paying over 500 for 2 nights alone that was upsetting..probably never stay there again ive been to jekyll a ton and usually never have a problem with stuff like this. Just be aware'

'Uitstekend gelegen hotel. Direct aan het strand, dat is top. Het hotel zelf kan wel wat liefde gebruiken. Het is verouderd. Kamers zijn ruim, en hebben prima voorzieningen. Wel gehorig, we hadden last van luidruchtige buren. Handig dat het ontbijt is inbegrepen. Prima hotel als budgetvriendelijke optie. '

'I had mention to one of the staff we were at the hotel to celebrate our 49th wedding anniversary and the HR Manger sent up a cheese tray a bottle of wine and a ballon! Over and above to make our stay wonderful!'
