Negatief: Netheid, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Check in was great. Night manager was above and beyond, while handling a steady flow of customers. Made sure I got my Bonvoy points and offered to change my room if I preferred.
My room was the suite with a two queen bedroom and the main room with pullout couch. The level of housekeeping on arrival was not impressive.
For a suite that can sleep six there were two mismatched water glasses, two mismatched wine glasses, two mismatched coffee cups. The paper towel roll was flagging like someone just pulled a couple off and walked away.
The next morning I found that there was one regular coffee and three decaf. I called the front desk and requested another regular. Fifteen minutes later I went down to the breakfast area to get coffee since nobody showed.
The shower had the wall mounted lineup except the shampoo was broken off and placed in the corner of the tub. Maintenance and housekeeping could be improved.
