'Great location. ECHO food was very good. Staff courteous. Cleanliness was excellent. We were in the historic building and the room was very small. The issue we had was the room location inches from the side entrance stairwell. This made it very noisy often at night.'

'We had such a great stay at Hampton Inn St. Simons Island! The hotel was super clean, quiet, and very family friendly. 'The Kress was an amazing surprise for my wife and I during a quick overnighter to meet up with some old childhood friends. I grew up in this area and the downtown district had been forgotten. It was great to see this place back to life. The Kress has done an excellent job restoring this old department store. The rooms are incredible with large common space and bedrooms. I wished we had booked an extra night. '
