At Brisa, floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to a private terrace overlooking the Pacific, where your plunge pool offers a peaceful place to begin the morning or unwind after a day in town. The primary bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and terrace access, while the second bedroom provides comfortable accommodations for family or friends traveling together. Contemporary finishes, natural light, and a thoughtful layout make the residence equally suited for a weekend escape or an extended stay.



Beyond your private residence, Caivama offers spaces to enjoy throughout the day. Getting Around:

Caivama does not offer on-site parking for cars or golf carts, and golf cart charging is not available within the community. If you plan to rent a vehicle or golf cart, we'll provide nearby parking recommendations before your arrival.

Location
