'Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised - clean, secure, comfortable, well-stocked and excellent communication with property management. The roof top 'heated' pool was amazing. We walked to beach/town multiple times a day and found location very good. Close enough for convenience but far enough from the main square noise of music/bars/etc in the evenings. It's located on the main road in Sayulita so a bit busy with traffic but with the sliding doors closed at...

'I’ve stayed here in 2021, I love Sayulita and this is one of my favorite places to stay. Now they have room service from Sur38 which you get credit for staying there and a discount! Juan and Aaron were super attentive to all my needs. Highly recommend this place. The infinity pool has a beautiful view, and it’s walking distance to EVERYTHING! Did I mention that there is a hammock in every room?!'

'We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Makawe. The rooftop was a great place to start our mornings with a good cup of coffee. The room was clean, the A/C worked well, and we enjoyed the balcony of the king suite! It was nice having a well-equipped kitchen for making snacks and keeping cold beverages on hand! Not sure if we will ever return to Sayulita, but if we do, Casa Makawe will be at the top of our list.'

'Where do I start? Let me start with communication with the owners and the amazing staff that they have. Everyone was very helpful answering questions before and during the trip. Absolute top notch team. The house is perfect but to focus on one thing I will go with the heated swimming pool. Private. Relaxing and what a view. I would also recommend that everyone rent the golf cart. Makes everything simple coming and going as you please. Thank you for the wonderful vacation. We will return.'

'Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids. There is plenty of bottled water on each floor, a good pizza shop attached to the building plus a convenience and beer store less than a minute walk up the street. It is a great place for a family, laid back atmosphere and fairly quiet. The pool was warm...

'Tony was great from our initial contact to answering questions. walking distance to town and the beaches ( Florence is on the rd. to Playa Los Muertos). Good footwear is required because rds are cobblestone and the town is hilly. No need to rent a golfcart if you don't mind walking.'
