Welcome to Amixtli (Pronounced Amix-Lee) is one of the FOUR apartments in traditional Spanish style Casa Xocotla (pronounced Show-Coat-La), a traditional Spanish-style house featuring four captivating rental apartments. Nestled midway up the Gringo Hill. This prime location offers a harmonious blend of sea breezes, ocean views. Additionally, its convenient walkability provides easy access to both the vibrant town and the stunning beaches.
The space
Amixtli is a beautiful one-bedroom apartment. A wall of windows with french doors opens to the covered terrace, which is complete with sitting area, dining area and full kitchen.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with high quality kitchenware, appliances, dishes and glassware, and overlooks the garden and peaceful pool area, with a filtered ocean view through the bamboo and palms.

The dining table seats four comfortably. One can sit on the terrace or lie in bed and watch the tropical birds and iguanas in the giant fig tree for hours.

There is a very large bathroom with enormous walk-in shower, with several windows for light and air-flow.

For your convenience, we offer two designated parking spots that can accommodate either two small cars or two golf carts.
