'Tim met us all ready with instructions. Had float/tube we asked about. Gpa/ma 5 boys and families, some bedrooms together worked as family suites. Great for kids. Loved the lighning bugs and fire pit shaded area'

'Quiet, well stocked with basics for cooking, relaxation. We had some trouble getting streaming to stay engaged to internet, but only meant that we watched less TV, which worked for us. We would rent with you and this place specifically again.'

'We absolutely loved staying at Sawyer Cottage! The house was clean and was exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable, and the backyard was amazing. We walked around the neighborhood which is a beautiful, quiet, and remote slice of the world and also did a day trip to more exciting on-water activities. Even so, our kids wanted to move in to Sawyer Cottage and said that roasting marshmallows and swimming in the pool were the best part. Host was kind and very responsive. Would definitely go again!'

'This very nice home, located in a secluded spot, was perfect for our large group, with comfortable sleeping quarters for all. We especially enjoyed the spacious fenced yard with multi-level decks, fire pit, and heated pool. Home was very clean; kitchen was well equipped with dishes, cooking utensils and a number of coffee-making options. Another bonus was plenty of extra towels and lots of pool/beach towels.We will be back!'

'We had a great holiday week with our two teenagers and dog. The house is exactly as pictured. We liked the location because we could drive to multiple gorgeous beaches and all of the small towns in the area had great restaurants that allow dogs.The house itself was very clean and everything you could need was there. From coffee filters to paper towels to cleaning supplies and toiletries… So many homes you have to go right to the store as soon as you get there and we were able to wait until...
