This place was the PERFECT location for what we needed- we walked to the arena, then later to Comerica park and Ford field, to take tourist-y photos. Kitty-corner on one side is a whole foods, in the other is DMC. »

« This is a fantastic place to stay in Ann Arbor. Pictures do not do the apartment justice; it was clean, attractive, and well-furnished with everything we could have needed (e.g. extra towels and blankets, water and snacks upon arrival, etc.). « The property was worn down. The furniture in the kitchen, bath and living room was stained and worn. The rugs were very dirty or so badly stained they didn’t come clean. The bedding felt unclean and the sheets were pilled. There was hair on the bedding in one bedroom. There was a smell to the property that the owner said was probably from dampness in the basement. « Nice quiet location shared with other renters apartments. Was nice to be able to do laundry after 5 days in an off grid cabin. Place was clean and comfortable. Only down side was no A/C they did have fans in the rooms to help circulate the air and was able to open some of the windows at night to cool it down. Some windows hand cranks did not work. »
