This lovely property is the garden level of one of the many beautiful, historic homes that line the streets of Historic Downtown Savannah. The interior of this space features exposed brick walls, brick fireplaces, and exposed beams. The property overall was great. Good location to walk to many different spots in Savannah. However, the morning we left the next tenant arrived around 9am when we had until 11am for checkout. She had been given the door code and came inside while we were still there as part of our reservation.

Stellar customer service! Had issue with AC and they went above and beyond (on the 4th of July!) to fix it and make sure we were comfortable! Lovely place! Wonderful location! First 4 o’clock is a late check in wish it could be earlier 2nd we use the door code that was sent through the app and it worked but then we unloaded the car and went and walked the neighborhood came back and we could NOT get back into the apartment apparently I needed to use the code that was sent through the email when I was told to use the app.. I did not see the email until after we called after hour hours but we still can’t figure out how we got in the first time with the code that was in the app! I’m just happy that someone picked up when we called b/c we were locked out! And y’all have a homeless man that sleeps behind the trash can scared us when we took out the trash last night and there he was!It was a very pretty apartment loved the bedding

It All Worked Out - Thank you Sam!!

The check in process was absolutely terrible. We arrived at the property at 5:20pm. Both door codes for front & back were not correct. We called & left messages on the emergency numbers provided by the property manager. No one called us back. Thank goodness Sam an attorney from upstairs of the property came down to leave for the day. His family owns the property. Sam immediately called Wendy the property manager to address the situation on our behalf. She answered his call (same number we used) on the first ring. He tried the codes she provided with no luck. Finally he was able to provide us with accurate info to gain access to the property. If Sam had not some down to leave I am not sure we would have done. Horrible management company. The silverling is the property is beautiful inside & close to everything we wanted to do.

The property is very clean, super cute and exactly as described. The location is amazing, very centric. The only suggestion is maybe more blankets in case guests are using the sleeper sofa and maybe another mirror near an outlet. We loved it and will be back.

The property is in a stellar location and the two parking spots are a huge plus! We were coming in early and the Management company gave us some good options to stay busy before check in. The one thing the kitchen needed is a wine opener but it was an easy walk to CVS to get one. It was the perfect place to stay

We loved our place and the classic antique furniture and the color! The towels were thick and soft. The king bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was so well stocked and very thoughtfully accommodating. The close proximity to Broughton St and City Market Square plus plus was excellent!! Wonderful!

A perfect place to enjoy Savannah!

The accommodations were very nice - it was in walking distance to everything in Savannah - enjoyed it being all on the first floor, and free parking in the back worked out great! I would definitely recommend it to friends and family & if I go back to Savannah we would stay here again.

New unit the layout was just ok. The unit was not supplied with some of the basic kitchen supplies such as coffee filters, sugar etc. the location is in a transition area but still very convenient to walking and close to downtown.
