'We stayed at the Inn during Valentine’s Day weekend, and our stay was perfect! The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Very comfy bed. Breakfast cooked to order was a highlight, and they accommodated my gluten allergy advance notice. Every employee was incredibly nice. I would eagerly recommend this place to anyone!'

'The inn has a fascinating history and is very elegant indeed! The breakfast was very tasty. While very convenient to downtown and lots of shopping and dining options, the street can be quite noisy with lots of light which can make sleeping -- depending on the location of one's room -- a bit challenging. '

'We were left stranded on the day of a wedding because although this establishment is contactless and doesn’t have a “front desk” nothing was communicated to us giving instructions to our reserved room. We were left to change into wedding attire in a local Starbucks bathroom because no one associated with this establishment would answer a call, email or text.'

'Rooms were clean, staff was amazing, parking is ok if you get there early enough to get a parking spot, the fan had a strange odor to it and there was a sound of pipes clanking all night so didn’t get much sleep, also disappointed because the website says there’s robes in every room but there wasn’t it was an ok stay '

'No hot water in bathroom - Could not take a comfortable shower. Icy cold water made brushing one's teeth and washing up uncomfortable. We only stayed one night so we put up with it. Did report this during checkout, and the person at the desk apologized. We will consider other hotels when I return to Saratoga'

'Wonderful staff. Both rooms were very clean. Quiet. Very comfortable beds. Will stay again. All 6 adults loved it and the pool was a little chilly but clean and the kids loved swimming! Plus loved having a Starbucks in the lobby. Laurie B. '

'Bar and restaurant not open on the Dunday I was there'

'This was a basic facility no dining room. The staff did change my booking from a two queen beds to a king size because I was the only occupant. '

'Everything! Not at all what its advertised. Its a ghost motel. I was the only resident for 3 days. Nob and tube wiring, bathroom door showing signs of damand and would not close. The coded door knob that did not always respond, no daily trash pick up or dirty towel pickup. Half the sign was fenced off. Spotty internet access. I got to watch squatters being removed and had to worry about my safety while the squatters stuff lay 50 steps from my door. Owners not on the premises only saw one...

'The hotel is new so nice. Growing pains for sure. Our friends room had ants. They gave them a can of ant spray and didn’t clean the room. We discovered you have to ask for housekeeping services. Nothjng in room indicted that. Not having a round the clock office open is challenging.'
