'This is my second time staying at Bluebird Spa City. The property itself is great and the staff are very helpful. Parking is very convenient - right in front of the building. I booked the Micro Queen room but was given a King room for some reason. The room was at the top of the red stairwell so it was a bit noisy. 'I’m giving this hotel three stars because It’s located in the middle of town walkable to everything, now with that being said if you’re at a conference attention is on you, if you’re staying there attention on you, not so much, as we were told that there is limited food for breakfast, do to 1 of the conferences there using most of it. We stayed in a junior suite where our view was of a toilet bowl laying on the floor outside the window and the table where the help takes their break and smoke...

'Everything! Not at all what its advertised. Its a ghost motel. I was the only resident for 3 days. Nob and tube wiring, bathroom door showing signs of damand and would not close. The coded door knob that did not always respond, no daily trash pick up or dirty towel pickup. Half the sign was fenced off. Spotty internet access. I got to watch squatters being removed and had to worry about my safety while the squatters stuff lay 50 steps from my door. Owners not on the premises only saw one...

'I liked that it is close to downtown Saratoga Springs. I did not like that my check in took very long because an employee registered another guest under my reservation. Ugh! I did not like that the room refrigerator did not work very well, and I really did not like that the curtains did NOT cover the entire window sill letting light in throughout the night and in the morning. I doubt I would stay here again.'
