Booked this property for a stay on June 12th after booking the room I proceeded to go to the property to checkin upon arrival I received a text thanking me for booking the room and how they look forward to seeing me I showed up within 15 min of booking and when I got there there was nobody at the front desk or on the property to allow me access to my room so I had no choice but to go down the road and obtain another hotel room at a different property after falling asleep there I received a text message at 4:38am giving me an access code to the room at this time I had already been fast asleep in another room elsewhere. I have tried since to reach out to the property as well as Expedia for a refund on the room since I didn’t stay and hadn’t been able to get in contact via phone around July 8th I was in contact with someone at the property via Expedia messages who said they would reach out to me that day to discuss the situation I haven’t heard from them since I just want to have this matter resolved and taken care of very disappointed with this situation and hope others do not encounter the same situation as I have.
