'Brian was exceptionally helpful from first check in through out the stay; went out of his way to be helpful at every request. The place was full but we really didn't notice. Breakfast bar was very good for what is was and taking back to the room was no issue. Skip the nachos in the bar, they were the only sad note on the place. The location is conven, right at the springs, make sure you see the house behind the hotel. And, if you're a beer fan, Treehouse is very close and amazing...'

'Very nice stay! The staff was wonderful, he handled all our reservations and requests beautifully, very helpful and even recognized my voice from our phone conversation when we checked in. That has never happened before❣️The area was quiet and very close to the Saratoga Spa Park. Rooms are very clean and basic, older motel but kept in good shape. The pool was closed, it’s seasonal, and it was 39 degrees at night- no polar bear plunges for this southern girl, lol. We enjoyed our stay there and...

'We had a lovely stay over the weekend to view some Fall foliage!! The new hotel felt like home with the design choices. Rooms were roomy and tasteful designed. Loved the bathroom ( the water pressure of shower could be better)! Very clean as well. The Regent's breakfasts were so good and healthy options to choose from.Definitely will return for our next trip. Will be make a SPA reservation for sure next time.'

'We have stayed at this property twice, and it never disappoints! The front desk employees are all great! It’s extremely clean, rooms are spacious with microwave, refrigerator, and a k cup coffee maker, as well as 24 hour coffee in the lobby. It’s a 10 minute drive to Saratoga Springs, and there are several other shopping and eating options close to this hotel. I am fussy when it comes to hotels, and trust me when I say, this is one of the best in the area! '
