Sraff was superb and attentive. Breakfast had some good options, nit just continental. Fitness center is 24 hours. Very clean. No bath tubs in the bathrooms.

I thought the breakfast was a great option. I thought the amenities were lacking though. No disposable shower caps or hand lotions. No free parking $19/day for valet parking. But the hotel was in a good walking distance to downtown and the boardwalk, if you like walking. Not many restaurants close by though. The special noodle house was good but expensive for what you got.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place very much. Great breakfast bar! The hotel is comfortable and attractive. A walk to the beach is utterly doable, boardwalk is maybe six or seven blocks away. Would definitely stay here again. Hyatt Place is located in an older downtown neighborhood, Not great, but definitely not scary!

It was a pretty good stay. The location is a little out of downtown are and a bit of a hike to get there on foot. Parking is valet only and gets congested so you need to allow extra time when leaving. Front desk staff was kind of slow and unresponsive given the number of staff behind the counter Breakfast is basic, the fruit could definitely been in better condition. Some of it looked liket it was frozen Costco berries that have been out way too long.

Hotel room is spacious and clean. The whole building is clean. Staff are nice and accommodating. Valet parking peeps are nice and efficient. No problem at all.

The rooms were quite spacious and up to date. Parking was convenient even though you had to use valet parking and pay for it. We discovered why as we left. The entrance is down a very steep driveway with a sharp turn into the garage.

Great location and value in the middle of town. Walked to downtown and beach/boardwalk. I don’t usually use valet parking but it is the only option at the hotel and it was quick and easy to access our car.

Rooms were nice. And loved the hot tub. Breakfast was a total flop. Had tons of room for a huge breakfast spread and they had the barest spread.

Outstanding, very helpful staff. Big, spacious, very nice, and clean room. I gave the area around the property only 4/5 stars because they don’t have self parking and you have to valet. But the valet workers were excellent and very fast bringing the car each time. I would definitely stay there again.
