'The property is on the 3rd floor (no lift) right on the seafront. Just a pedestrian promenade separates the property from the shoreline. The views from the balcony, the sound of the sea are incredible. Also, it is wonderfully peaceful despite being a 2 minute walk from the main square and a terrific swimming location. However the check-in process was appalling and we had actually booked a hotel close by as we were initially unable to get into the flat. It took an hour on a Thursday evening...

'The property is very comfortable we enjoyed our stay.Whilst it was not a problem for us we feel that less able bodied people would most likely have a problem with the location up the steep hill. I do not know how many English people stay in the property but there is no property notes or instructions for any appliance in English. We would definitely stay here again'

'We enjoyed the location and the place was all we needed. Big downside; construction activities happening on the level above us. Very loud noise. Permit was already issued in February and we would have appreciated to hear about this earlier than just a week in advance.That is why we rated comms poorly. 'Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Lage ist optimal, der schöne Strand Playa de Jardin ist fussläufig erreichbar. Loropark direkt gegenüber. Wunderbare Aussicht von der Sonnenterasse, täglich Meerwasserpool fast allein nutzbar. Großzügige Räume, bequeme Betten. Leider keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme, aber online waren Netflix & Co. möglich. Sehr netter Vermieter bzw. Eigentümer. Volle Punktzahl!'

'Der Aufenthalt bei olivia hat uns Sehr gefallen ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und auch allgemein war sie immer erreichbar und hat uns ganz lieb alles erklärt trotz Verspätung, zudem haben wir eine Super saubere Wohnung bekommen die schon komplett alles hatte was man brauchte. Lots of bars and large popular restaurants within a fifteen minute downhill walk. Shops, supermarkets and other smaller restaurants five minute walk away. apartment is a twenty minute taxi ride from airport (around 30 euros). Bus stops and taxi ranks nearby also.'

'The property is perfect for a stay in Puerto de la Cruz. It is a quiet complex with a great heated pool. A 20 minute stroll down to the main promenade and a shorter, though uphill, walk to Traoro Park. The nearby Botanical Gardens are excellent as is the range of restaurants and bars.'

"Ik kijk terug op 6 fantastische dagen. Wat een heerlijk hotel! Kamers waren brandschoon en ruim: strak opgemaakt goed bed, schone vloer, frisse handdoeken, glanzende badkamer. Ook gangen, liften en lobby goed onderhouden. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk, rustig en meedenkend. In restaurant en bar wordt goed opgelet, service met een glimlach. Bij de bar ruime keuze aan cocktails. Het zwembad is schoon en ruim. Bediening tot aan je ligbed, vaak met een praatje erbij. Een vaste badmeester houdt toezicht en is benaderbaar, wat een veilig gevoel geeft, zeker voor ouders met kinderen. Eten is gevarieerd, goed op temperatuur en wordt steeds aangevuld. De Ibero-app werkt prettig: bestellingen gaan via de app, je hoeft niet steeds je portemonnee te pakken en je rekent alles in één keer af bij vertrek. Het centrum ligt op 10 tot 15 minuten lopen, of is bereikbaar met de bus. Halte dichtbij. Buslijn 10 rijdt vanaf vliegveld Tenerife Zuid naar het busstation van Santa Cruz (ca. 50 min, €5-€6). Playa de Las Teresitas is bereikbaar met bus 910, elke 10 minuten, rit van ca. 15 min (€1-€2). Mooi strand met palmbomen en uitzicht op de bergen. Het kan druk zijn, maar blijft een fijne plek om te liggen of te zwemmen. Hotel voor jong en oud. Ik heb genoten."
