Flats in Santa Cruz de Tenerife

'Due to insufficient instructions regarding parking which is difficult to find in this area, we had a very difficult time finding the apartment and then no way of calling David. A restaurant owner two doors down did by chance have David's number and we finally connected. The apartment looked clean and well outfitted. The appliances are new and worked well and there were enough dishes. An extra smaller frying pan would have been nice as well as a lifter and spatula. An extra comfortable chair...

'The apartment is well looked after. The entire complex is clean. The only down side is the location of a hotel right next to the apartment where the guests make a habit of regularly coming back in the early hours of the morning still in „party“ modus!'

'I've stayed in this appartment for a week with a friend. The appartment is nice, spacious and clean. It has its own parking space which is nice since there isn't a lot off paring space on the street. We've found everything we needed in the appartment like towels and kitchen equipment. The location of the appartment is nice, not to far out of the center and close to the highway if you want to travel around Tenerife. I can really recommend staying here.'

'Para gente poco exigente. '

'De inrichting met toebehoren is goed. '

'Lovely apartment. Two good pools. Enormous terrace with partial sea view. Convenient for shops and restaurants.'

'This is the second time we have stayed here and we love it. So comfortable. Beautiful surroundings. Fantastic host in Mouna. Sad to leave, but know we will return.'

'Great flat, v clean with fab views. Kitchen had loads of storage space, great oven. Beds comfy, showers all good. Really quiet at night, designated parking space. 2 sets of keys provided. Location is fine for town centre, 5 min from Hiper Dino, and dead easy for driving out of town (we were on a climbing trip).Modern building has lovely midcentury feel to interior shared spaces.'

'Zeer goed gelegen '

'very modern apartment with comprehensive range of appliances, kitchen utensils and laundry. 5 min walk to Las Ramblas and a further 5 minutes to the pedestrian shopping area. I thoroughly enjoyed my time staying there! (Only negative is the parking is hit and miss - and don't bring a large vehicle as the road is narrow)'
