'Prachtige locatie, goed ontbijt '

'After a rocky start I leave my 3 nights stay at Sarna Residence with a traste of pity. Great bullying (battooms should be bigger!) in an charming lot with a garden ando pool well design, you go away with nobody to say at least :" bye, ci vediamo....have a nice trip". 'Hotel vlak bij centrum Pienza (1 min lopen). Prima hotel op alle vlakken echter het zwembad was in het midden van veel bouwactiviteiten erom heen. Geen aankleding, geen parasols (bij 38 graden), compleet sfeerloos en gedomineerd door de bouwactiviteiten links en rechts ernaast. 'Unfriendly staff, no airco in bedroom, a tiny shower where we could hardly move. Nice pool. Not a quiet location- next to road.'

'Everything was absolutely amazing, from Riccardo the GM checking us in. Explaining how everything works in the room, and giving us directions for parking and recommending different restaurants. And helping us with our little mishap with the car, Riccardo was very prompt in all communications. The hotel is a perfect stop in the middle of town - to be able to explore. We would definitely recommend and come back again and again'

'Great location. Amazing terrace. Would stay here again'
