'Our last stay in Montepulciano left an unpleasant experience , the property was privately owned and was a rental condominium (Palazzo Danesi) The photos accurately represented the space, which was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was nice to arrive and find exactly what we expected. That said, there were several issues that made the experience less enjoyable. The biggest problem was the lack of air conditioning. 'The property was beautiful and I loved sitting by the pool and enjoying the scenery. The owners go out of their way to help you anyway they can and cook delicious breakfast and serve it on the terrace where you can enjoy the scenery more. It was the perfect place to slow down and relax in between touring big cities in Italy. My husband and I both agree that next trip we will plan a longer stay in Chiusi and stay here again.'

'We couldn’t have found more of a gem. This small boutique hotel in the heart of Sarteano was refurbished and done to the highest of standards. The room was so lovely so tastefully decorated and thoughtfully planned. The breakfast was amazing. Chiara and her brother are so welcoming. We travel to Sarteano often and I’m so glad we found this hotel because it will now be our only go to! Don’t miss your chance to stay here! Absolute gem! '

'We loved our stay at Casa di BiaGio! We were a little confused regarding parking and the ZTL zone. The host was very helpful in explaining that parking was available outside of the city and in explaining the ZTL zone. The breakfast was outstanding! The apartment was gorgeous, comfortable, and very clean. Communication was easy and very pleasant. The host was warm and welcoming. We would both stay here again!'

'We had a wonderful stopover in Chiusi, a nice little village, 2 hours from Rome. The room was beautiful, spotless clean. The owner recommended a very good restaurant. The car could be parked on the premises. Breakfast was excellent, everything was homemade.'
