'Very nice welcome by our host and we started immediately with wine tasting with cheese and bruschettas. Although we were the only guests she offered to make dinner for us. But we went into the centre of Montepulciano (walking distance) and found a few open restaurants. Beautiful centre with a few shops open despite the winter period closures. Execellent wines in Montepulciano! '

'The property is extremely well located near the start of the old town and was walkable to everywhere. Our room was small but very lovely and when we stuck our heads out of the window, we had an amazing view of the old town! The only problem was parking - we couldnt find any bc of a festival - but thats not the hotels fauot! Just be a bit organsjed - and i recommend parking behind the bus terminal (Eu10 per day).'

'Heat didnt work, it was FREEZING. Contact didnt seem to be local, seemed like they were managing remotely and couldnt or wouldnt send anyone to help. Nor did they really seem to care. Beautiful area though!'

'Our family of four loved our stay at this family-owned villa. It's an easy drive to Montepulciano and the surrounding region. The aesthetic of this place is on point and the apartments come with a kitchenette. Great pool and outdoor seating also. The apartments do not have AC at the time of this writing, so if you come mid summer it may be too hot. They may get it with time? Also, there is not daily cleaning or a place to do laundry at the location - just FYI. Overall, a very charming place...
