'Room had a strange smell, when we got there. It took some time with AC blowing for smell to disappear. Wi-Fi not great at all kept going in and out. '

'Staff were inviting, courteous and helpful. Room was clean and air-conditioning worked extremely well. Bed was not comfortable and no washcloths, no microwave in room. However, there was a microwave available at desk, blanket and hand towels available on request. Lovely courtyard!'

'Our Room was horrible. It was old, dirty and disgusting. The property in general was nice. The staff was nice, except one person at the check in desk, who was outright rude. Also, 2 ladies at the Gift Shop were extremely inattentive - they couldn`t have cared less for any customers in the store. The room was a huge disappointment for such a place.'

'Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. 'I’m not usually an all-inclusive type of traveler, but this resort was a great fit for us. The property never felt crowded, the beach was wide and relaxing, and we liked having the flexibility to eat only what we wanted instead of feeling tied to buffet meals all day.
