The Artists' Tower - 6 Pax

The Artists\' Tower is an exclusive flat located in the enchanting Piazza della Cisterna, in the heart of the historic centre.

Extensive renovation work was completed in 2024 to connect one of San Gimignano\'s famous towers to the house, which will then be part of the house and available for guests to enjoy an exclusive view of the city!

The atmosphere of the house is utterly magical thanks to the one of a kind furniture, carachterized by refined pieces of art and elegant furnishings.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a medieval building and it measures 210 sq.m.

It is composed of 3bedrooms with double beds and 3bathrooms complete with shower and bath tub (one of which jacuzzi), a large well-equipped kitchen with a big dining table, sitting area and a bright living room which shows a breathtaking view from a privileged position both over the towers of the city and the surrounding hills.

Please note that the fireplace is just decorative and must not be used.

A wonderful veranda is another great feature of the house that allows guests to relax and have a drink while enjoying the beautiful view over Piazza della Cisterna.

A laundry room is also available with washing machine and drying rack.

Free wifi all over the house.

ABOUT AIR CONDITIONING:

The Artists\'Tower is an eco-friendly house that also has to deal with the peculiarities of a historic building.

Air conditioning is available throughout the apartment but it does not reach extremely low temperatures!

It normally sets the inside temperature around 23 Celsius degrees (in summer), which is a perfectly nice temperature.

Fans are also available in the house, in case of extraordinarily hot days.



On request there\'s the possibility to try out culinary experiences with a private chef at home.

Children aged 12 or older are welcome.
