'This was a beautiful property well maintained and perfectly located in a historic building. The breakfast was delicious, Ricardo the host was wonderful and our room was space and comfortable! The only comment was without A/C the windows needed to stay open and the street was loud.'

'Beautiful small hotel. We received a nice upgrade without asking for it. The apartments are very comfortable and has complete kitchens. They received us with a bottle of wine and some groceries. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there are some options nearby. I would only recommend staying here if you have a car. Good option to stay here and make day trips to different Tuscan towns.'

'A melhor acomodação que ficamos na Toscana. Fica na cidade histórica, rodeada de lojas, restaurantes maravilhosos, igrejas e construções históricas. Me fez sentir parte da história de Montepulciano. Acomodação muito charmosa, serviço fantástico fora do comum e café da manhã e amenidades maravilhosas. Muito espaçoso e aconchegante. Tínhamos um piano em nossa sala. 'The property has beautiful views and a peaceful, remote location. It is well equipped for cooking meals and they conveniently provide a starter supply of necessities (kitchen spices, hand soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc.). The property owner, as well as the local property manager, were both very responsive to our questions and the check in and out processes are simple. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.'

'The apartment is very spacious with lots of antiques and has a home from home feel. It is about a 20 min walk into town, uphill in places but straight forward. Parking is tight so bring a small car 😊. The views across to the old town are great and the balcony space a plus.'

'The house has everything a family needs. We enjoyed the rest and silence, the wonderful pool, the nature, and the beautiful city Montalcino. We had very easy communication with Camilla and could ask her everything and had response very quick. It was nice to meet her when she and her husband arrived for the weekend in their own house. We will come back, that's for sure!'

'Appartement is very nice. Renovated with a very nice garden. Its situated right next to the dome and to the Piazza. Parking is very poor in Siena, as it is in old cities all around the globe but if you follow instructions given by the hosts infomail upfront its even possible to find a solution which is ok.'

"We stayed at one of the apartments for 3 nights. What we like: + Very spacious and beautiful area with unique atmosphere. + People are friendly + Beautiful garden (only open in the morning during breakfast). + Free parking outside + Cosy bar and restaurant What we dislike: - There are different types of apartments: the rooms with different heights (with different window sizes). Unfortunately, we received the apartment with lower height & small window. The room decoration a bit too dated. Toilet is downstairs only, therefore, during the night we had to walk to wC downstairs every time. - Breakfast is a bit simply, but for 1 or 2 nights should be still okay. - It is possible to choose "no cleaning service" via Tablet in the room, nevertheless, staff did not look at it and continue its service. until we aligned with the reception"
