'We are a couple on a four week tour through Germany and Italy. We wanted to visit Siena, although did not want to necessarily stay right in the centre of the ancient city.
Villa L’Avvenire suited our needs perfectly. It is a beautiful old mansion, on a good sized property just outside the main city.
Access to the city was quite easy using the bus system.
The property was beautifully landscaped, and we spent time sitting in the garden. The hotel was modernized, although it definitely has...

'The property is beautiful and the apartment is well maintained. Elena is delightful, very knowledgeable about the area and very accommodating.
The wifi signal was weak unless you were outside or near the door. I had a travel router I could set up near the door, so I was able to extend the signal to the rest of the apartment.'

'Personeelsloze checkin is prima geregeld.

'Super nice couple run it , the breakfast was à la carte and delicious, nice views too BUT …..be ready to climb a very steep rutted gravel road for 1.5 KILOMETRES , also no A/C so hot , no fridge so you have to ask to put things in their fridge which is very inconvenient.
Overall beautiful place people and food 😁'

'We received great instructions from Amina on how to access the room which were easy to follow.
If arriving in the day, the ground floor is where a lovely flower shop is, then up a lift. There are then 9 easy steps down to where the room is located.
This was our 4th stop on our trip and by far the best room. Although in the centre of everything, the room is super quiet, modern, with a lovely-sized bathroom & powerful shower and great WiFi.
We would highly recommend and will definitely return...
