'The photos don't capture the incredible 360 degree views. The complimentary tour with wine and olive tasting was exceptional. The apartment is rustic, as pictured, but could use a deep cleaning.The 500 cypress tree lined road winding up to the property only adds to the adventure. There was a very bad storm that took out the electricity. Sabrina and Fabrizio did all they could to make sure all the guests were comfortable.'

'Pros- Great location in the heart of the village, 16th century townhome. Cons - bizarre setup, two floors, the first consisting of one large room with a old kitchen and a bathroom, the second accessed either from a very small winding wooden staircase inside or a outside larger normal staircase. The second floor had two bedrooms, a very small not really usable bathroom and a eat in kitchen., - appliances were hard to use. - This apartment could not be used by anyone with mobility issues'

'Sehr nette Location, sehr nette Leute, das Essen im Restaurant sehr lecker ( wer es nicht zu süss mag wird das panna cotta lieben- für mich die beste die ich je hatte.) Kommunikation per WhatsApp total problemlos. Ja die Anfahrt nach oben ist beim ersten Mal gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber langsam ubd gemählich sehr gut machbar. 👍'

'Her får du det hele!! Landlig idyl og autentisk, charmerende bymiljø. Skøn tidligere vingård med historisk vingesus og skøn udsigt til vinmarker og olivenlunde. Helt isoleret og indhegnet med plads til parkering. Skønt værtspar (som selv byder velkommen og bor på stedet). Lille isoleret lejlighed tæt på dejligt poolområde. Lejligheden er ikke luksus, men der er det der skal være. Stedet fremstår meget velholdt. En kort gåtur herfra finder man San Gimignano (tårnenes by). Den er indbegrebet af...

'This modern apartment is in a great location on the edge of the old town in San Gimignano. The ease of a short walk everywhere made our short time in this beautiful medieval town very enjoyable. Parking is not onsite or outside the apartment as we were lead to believe from the advertisement. Although not far away, with heavy luggage, a climb from the public carpark down the road and 2 floors of stairs to climb, this was our only challenge. 'De locatie was schitterend, de beheerder zeer vriendelijk. Het huisje was via een zeer slecht pad te bereiken en vol achterstallig onderhoud. Schimmelplekken op de muren, oud en niet schoon. Na klachten over de hygiëne bood de beheerder aan de schoonmaakster nogmaals langs te laten komen. Daar moesten wij echter voor thuisblijven en de schoonmaakster sprak geen woord Engels, dus lastig duidelijk maken wat wij wilden. We hebben het maar gelaten voor wat het was.'

'This place was a dream came true for us, as a family with a baby girl we had the greatest time in Italy, the house was very comfortable, the view from the terrace was breathtaking, supermarkets and stores very close by as well as the towns of San Gimigniano, Certaldo, Firenze, Pisa, very easy drive from this wonderful location, the food at the restaurant was incredible good and the staff absolutely friendly, Absolutely love, love this place'
