Guests live ''vertically'' on all floors, one above the other. The tower can accommodate up to 3 people. The accommodation has a new air conditioner (A/C Unit) located near the foldaway bed, on the sixth floor, and some fans on the other floors. Instead, heating is centralized. Each level is about 12 sqm

DESCRIPTION OF THE TOWER
- 1st floor: The widest. Very bright living room and kitchenette
- 2nd floor: Mezzanine open onto the kitchenette (little table and a small leather sofa)
- 3rd floor: Bathroom with shower, hairdryer
- 4th floor: Passage way floor with a small design table and two chairs
- 5th floor: Two single bunk beds (each 90x190 cm)
- 6th floor: Queen foldaway bed (120x190 cm) and two large windows
- 7th floor: small bookshelf
- 8th floor: Half bathroom (toilet and sink)
- 9th floor: Passage way corridor
- 10th floor: Second kitchenette under the terrace (no table/chairs)
- 11th floor: Panoramic top terrace with 360° view overlooking San Gimignano, equipped with a table and four chairs. On request, a private chef can arrange for you a memorable dinner on the rooftop! In winter time, this service can be moved on the first floor of the tower. Ask us all details.

Upon your arrival to San Gimignano, we'll provide a free transfer from the car parks till the front door of the tower. The meeting point will take place in one of the car parks of your choice just outside the walls of San Gimignano. We recommend the P3 Bagnaia to anyone looking for video surveillance parking, or Via Cappelletti to anyone looking for free parking.
