The private apartment features a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, foyer, and full size bathroom with tub and shower. The stylish sofa can easily convert into a queen size sleeper, allowing the space to comfortably accommodate an individual or couple, 2 adults, or a family of four.
The apartment has fast WiFi, great water pressure, and a sunny front stoop. Linens, towels, soap, shampoo, etc. are supplied and the kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to cook. There`s cable TV including premium channels like HBO. We can also provide a Pack-n-Play baby crib and a highchair if you need them.

The apartment is only a couple blocks from the heart of bustling 24th Street. This central location makes excursions to the neighboring The Castro, Mission, and Twin Peaks districts ultra convenient.
Numerous MUNI bus lines are a short distance from the apartment, and the MUNI light rail train stops at 24th Street / Church Street a few blocks away down Noe Valley`s main strip.
Ride-sharing options are plentiful.
Tech shuttles run through the neighborhood heading south to Silicon Valley on Highway 101 and Highway 280.
Street parking is available. Please be advised that there are areas in the vicinity with a 2-hour limit on weekdays and that SFMTA may issue a citation/fine if you exceed that limit. Exercise caution and read posted signs. Street cleaning on this side of the street happens every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month 12pm - 2pm; street cleaning on the opposite side of street happens every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month 9am - 11am. Avoid parking in those zones during those times to save yourself from receiving a citation/fine from SFMTA.

If your stay is over 6 weeks, you`ll need a required cleaning every six weeks, we will include one complimentary cleaning but you will need to pay for the rest. -No parties or events of any kind are allowed here -Out of respect for our Neighbors: Quiet Hours are between 10pm - 8am -No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine) -No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling) -Turn off lights, TV, heater, & stove when not in use -The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. -No pets allowed -Conserve water, California is currently in a drought -Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit -Please consume or take all leftover food. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs! -No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. -Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets, SF has small pipes (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc...) -Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. -A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests. -On check-out, if property has a key, return it to the lockbox. There is a fee for misplaced keys, or for keys left in the unit. -If your stay is over 6 weeks, you`ll need a required cleaning every six weeks, we will include one complimentary cleaning but you will need to pay for the rest. -During your stay of 30 days or more. If utilities (water, trash, electricity & gas) go over a total of $150, you will be requested to pay the difference if it is excessive. During the winter, San Franciscans wear layers of clothing to avoid high electric bills. -Please be aware of your energy usage, especially during peak hours which are between 4-9pm each day. Run the dishwasher, washer and dryer (if applicable) during non peak hours. We appreciate guests helping to conserve energy. - Must be 21 or older to book the apartment - No guns, firearms or any weapons allowed - Bookings 30+ nights a lease is required to be signed
