'We had an issue with flooding in our water view room moved to another less comparable room. However this situation was rectified by the hotel management in a successful manner, so happy with our stay. '

'The facility is pristine and staff both very pleasant and efficient. If you are staying to attend an event at the convention center the walk is about 25 minutes although it is an easy walk. '

'A one day getaway is good enough for this place honestly nice lake resort with good restaurants nice pools. Staff some were good one of them was just lazy to do anything for us but overall the rest of the staff was very nice. A lot bugs from the lake tho. The coffee shop they had at the resort was never open although it said they’re open 24/7 I went couple times during the day and it wasn’t open'
