« The location of this cottage is perfect for great restaurants, hiking, kayaking, biking, and beach going. The cottage itself is fully equipped, has a wonderfully powerful shower, and is very cozy and comfortable. The screened in porch is great, any time of day or night. The river is a 2-minute walk, at most, and there is a very inviting deck there for customer use. We sat there every day/evening, at least once. Communication with the owner was never an issue. We are planning on returning...

« Property was clean and only issue we had was the ac in the living room made a very loud strange noise to which we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. Overall host and property were up to par. Property manager responded quickly and advised they would get it checked out asap. »

« Enjoyed our stay. Perfect sized cottage for the two of us. Wish the bathroom had a shelf for cosmetic bags and dop kits, but we managed. Liked the beach access and parking pass even though it was a long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Communication with the owners was very was good. No dishwasher, no laundry facilities, no hair dryer but towels and beach chairs (too low for us old folks) were provided. Umbrella would have been nice. Lots of the island things to do were within...

« Quiet, restful location on a beautiful island, walking distance to the beach or an easy drive to Bowman’s or Captiva. Close by three restaurants, and fully equipped with a kitchenette. Tastefully decorated, new, and clean. I especially appreciated the full set of beach gear including parasol and folding chairs, and the bicycles for guests’ use. All you need for a peaceful and restful beach getaway. »

« This was just what we needed we didn't have much time at the house because we were there for my granddaughter's wedding, it is a very nice place to stay and it's right on the beach. Maybe one day we can visit again. I must say it is a very long drive from Georgia with a pet in the car. Thank you again for getting us in early. »

« We loved this house and the location! It was perfect for us! The house was very clean and well stocked with basics. It's location right along the river was just so nice - there is a big patio door and each morning we would watch the sun rise. The community dock was nice and far away enough from our house that other people being on that dock was not bothersome to us. We would highly recommend this place! It is 1/5 miles from the beach but that didn't bother us. It was a very short bike ride...

« We had a great stay! The home was in the perfect location—close to everything we needed while still being peaceful and relaxing. The backyard was definitely the highlight, with a beautiful pool and plenty of space to unwind. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our vacation.
