'We were only able to stay 3 nights, and it rained one day, but it was perfect!This place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The 3rd floor balcony is the perfect place to spend hours, any time of day. One morning there were tracks from a sea turtle that had laid eggs along the seawall. 'Sea La Via was the perfect place for our short family weekend away. Our host (Luanda) was very attentive to ensuring we had the right information and details on the area and described the condo unit thoroughly. The unit is in a great location on Fort Myers Beach with easy access from the parking lot to the fourth-floor unit. The views from the unit were beautiful, and it was an easy, short walk to an uncrowded beach. There were plenty of restaurants close by, along with a Publix grocery store...

'We loved everything about this 1 bedroom condo. The bed was super comfortable, the place was stocked with all the essentials and it was newly remodeled. The balcony was large and the view was amazing. The resort itself was very nice as well. The pool was great and it was about 20' from the bay. So close that I was able to fish and still hang out with my family while they swam. There is a beach within walking distance, but you must be sure footed as you have to walk down a steep cemented slope...

'Wonderful stay, really cute & cozy decor, stocked with basics including dishes, pool and beach toys and close to grocery store. Loved the location- short driving distance to hopping beach bars and restaurants but quiet pool and beach access when you prefer that. Hosts were easy to contact. Highly recommend!'

"Beautiful hotel. Walking distance to the beach. Service was great and staff very friendly. Good food and drinks at the tiki bar but also results in some noise and occasional disturbance from drunk people. Shutters did not close properly, which resulted in people being able to look into the room from the outside. Bed was bouncy and a bit too small for two people."

"Well this property overal is just very good with a incredible pool area with lazy river. Rooms are large and convenient. The beds are a bit (too) soft for my liking. Only downside was that there wasn't any blanket for the sofa bed. Since we noticed it during his bedtime we called the reception desk but the blanket want delivered very soon. Only after calling a second time they promised it would be delivered in 15 minute. They also have an SMS service with which they inform you and ask to inform them off anything is needed or wrong. Unfortunately they didn't respond to us during our stay. Beside that we still will consider going back here :)"
