It is filled with construction workers. Worse yet, you do not have access to the resort or any of its “few” restaurants. You are not told any of this during booking. « Overall, the condo was almost perfect. Very clean, well stocked, lots of supplies, very comfortable and very well furnished. Plenty of parking. Office checked on us regularly to make sure all was going well. The one thing about the set up was that the washer/dryer was on the screened porch and there is no light so needed a flashlight to do laundry in the evening, a minor inconvenience. « Loved this bayside villa! A large condo very close to the beach!!! Outdoor seating space overlooking the bay was nice. I was greeted by a sea otter in the early morning. I loved my time in Captiva and can’t wait to go back. The host was very responsive and checked on me throughout my entire stay to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I need. »
