· The entrance time to the apartment is from 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., it will be possible to enter before 4:00 p.m. if availability allows it.

· Arrivals after 7:00 pm will have a supplement of € 35.

· Arrivals after 10:00 pm will have a supplement of € 50

· Guests over 16 years old must pay the tourist tax of € 1.10 per person per night with a maximum of 7 nights upon arrival.

· The presentation of an official identification document of all the people staying in the apartment will be obligatory.

· It is obligatory to respect the night rest from 00: 00h at night until 8: 00h in the morning. There should be no activities that cause noise of any kind within these hours.

The apartment is located in a central area and only 20 meters from the beach.

Less than 2 minutes walking you can find transport services, supermarkets, restaurants, ice cream parlors, and much more.

The bus and taxi stops are less than 1 minute walking, with bus lines very well connected and short waiting periods.
