NOVELTY APARTBEACH NEXT TO THE BEACH AND LARGE TERRACE:
The Novelty apartments are located in front of the Salou seafront promenade, we have three apartments, almost all of them air-conditioned, some of them facing the beach and others facing Calle Mayor. Port Aventura theme park is 10 minutes away by car or 25 minutes by bus. Direct buses stop 300 meters from the complex and Reus airport is 10 km away.

Salou's seafront is lined with numerous shops and restaurants. There are also many popular bars and clubs in the city center.

We have 3 apartments in the Novelty complex:

Apartment 2310: excellent finishes, with fan, wiffi, with capacity for 4 people consisting of:

- Living room with double sofa bed and double bed

- Very spacious and equipped terrace

- 2 pools

The environment

Its excellent location will allow you to move around the city without having to use the car, it has the beach 50 meters away, the main shops, restaurants within 50 meters, if you wish it has bus stops, taxi 50 meters away.

On Salou beach you can enjoy different water activities. Port Aventura 2 km Aquopolis Water Park 3km

House's rules:

1º.We are available for any questions with the aim that you have a pleasant stay.

2nd.The apartment is rented with sheets. Towels for rent at € 4 per person

3º.Entrance from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: delivery of keys from 9:00 to 20:00)

Time of entry to the apartment: from 17:00 (if there are any guests who leave that day, otherwise they can enter from 9:00).

Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am

4th. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it, the kitchen must be left in its proper place and clean.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.

6. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7th. Tourist tax: € 1 per person per night (only the first 7 nights are paid) .Adults.
