'We had a great stay at Son Borguny, and Banyalbufar! This is a stunning destination and the family-run hotel fit into the town beautifully. We really appreciated how friendly everybody was, the recommendations we received for local sights and free areas to park nearby. 'The location is sublime. The hotel has a lot of (old) charm. The staff is just amazing. The pool area is spacious with stunning views. The room was a bit small and uninspiring. It could do with an update. It felt like a throw back to the ‘70s. Perhaps I’m a bit sensitive but the sewage tank is located next to the pool area and the smell drifted over the pool area. All in all a good experience. '

'We loved the daily cleaning of the room. Staff is very friendly and flexible. Nice swimming pool area. Life guards are walking around. Unfortunately lots of guests ‘claim’ their sun beds in the morning, by putting a towel on it. I removed them, but it should be more organized. Food via buffet was not splendid but ok. It differs per day. You need transport to go to the nearby cities. '

'Hoposa Uyal is een hotel dat met name Engelse touristen trekt van 50 plus. Het ligt direct aan het strand op een rustig (uiteinde) van de boulevard van Port de Pollenca. Ontbijt en (bij halfpension) avondeten zijn van goede kwaliteit, wel is het avondeten relatief vroeg (tweede / laatste ronde van 20.15 tot 21.15). 's Avonds doorgaans vermaak in de zin van iemand die oude muziek (Elvis / Frank Sinatra) gaat zingen. Het is ongeveer een uur rijden vanaf het vliegveld van Palma.'

'Excellent hotel that exceeded my expectations. Pool area is tranquil and has an incredible view. Breakfast area was quite nice as well with a good spread. And the beds were SO COMFORTABLE!!! Very nice bathroom as well which seemed to be recently renovated. Great location in Deia with a dedicated parking lot, which is quite valuable given the hectic parking situation there. And central location yet still above the “bustle” with a scenic staircase up to the hotel. Highly recommended'

"Ik boekte voor het zwembad naast het meer en ik bleef voor al de rest. Het hotel is mooi en proper, het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het ontbijt is heerlijk en uitgebreid. Het is dichtbij het strand, in de shop en eet straat, dichtbij de bushalte. Perfect."
