'Horrible, horrible customer service. On my last day at the hotel, I arrived for breakfast at 9:01am. As I waited to be waited on, by 9:09am, I was ignored and not served until I requested to speak to a manager. The manager told me “I’m sorry but they are a third party.” So that told me that he couldn’t do anything to help me until I asked to speak to the manager of the restaurant/bar.
