Rob Roy Golf Course

We had a wonderful two day stay at Hotel St Clair. The room was clean and the bathroom provided complimentary shampoo/conditioner. The staff were friendly and allowed for us to check out an hour later than usual. It was our second time staying at this hotel and we will definitely return when we visit Chicago again. My only recommendation to the property would be to add a water dispenser in the lobby for guests, so we do not have to go to the gym.

The hotel was clean and well staffed. I booked my room on a third-party site because the all core/Fairmont site was double the price for the same room. front desk check in representative seemed bored and unwelcoming. The room itself was spacious and clean. The bathroom was very nice with marble and granite countertops and tub. Separate shower from tub, which was nice. The room furnishings were outdated and was in desperate need of upgrade. Surprisingly the bed linens were something I expect to find at a Holiday Inn not a Fairmont. Overall, a little disappointed. Especially since I had just come from the Seattle Fairmont, which was wonderful.
