'We didn’t even checked in. There was no staff on the hall, communication via phone. They suppose to send a link via email which didn’t come fast, and we have to Leave. We didn’t have 30 minutes to do so. Taxi was waiting round the corner . They could not give room keys unless thst was done and we had to rush to hospital. It was last minute booking . I still got full charged . We would not recommend it. Bad service to check in .'
