« Basically my wife and I stayed the night only because we checked in late and we both was tired but we checked out early the next morning and find a better place to stay you could not watch tv unless you had your own apps to use like Netflix, Prime video etc: who knows there password to all of there apps I don't basically they had no free cable, not enough towels for 2 people they wanted us to use what we had and bring the dirty to them and swap them out Out you know how irritating that could...

« The only thing that I can say is that should be a chair when there are two people you need two chap. Your stuff was excellent very friendly and there to help. The room was very clean and big. Your breakfast meal was the right temperature and a great choices of food. Everyone was on it making sure there was food for the customers. So overall 5.0 »

« We've stayed here multiple times but definitely feel like each one gets a little worse. The halls were dirty, our room had no tissues or washcloths, there was an empty bottle if conditioner on the floor if the shower, the pool was ice cold, no one answered when we called the front desk. It just wasn't enjoyable »

« Called hotel from the airport around 10:30pm to order the free shuttle. No answer - tried several times and just rang out. Ended up getting an Uber. Arrived around 11pm. Customer service from the front desk was virtually non existent, so was not surprised nobody picked up the phone when I called. Was asked if I needed the shuttle in the morning but was then told all the early shuttles were already fully booked. The room itself was fine other than very poor water pressure from the bathroom sink...

« We were in town for a basketball tournament. Early check in was available and the staff was phenomenal. The room was perfect, clean and comfortable. »
