'Vriendelijk ontvangen. Kamer is oké. Wifi is slecht. Iedere 2 minuten opnieuw verbinden op de bovenste etage. Daarnaast een heel gedoe met het invullen en achterlaten van je gegevens om 7 dagen gebruik te kunnen maken van de wifi. Niet van deze tijd. Zorg gewoon voor een goed, gratis gebruik voor de gasten. 'Called hotel from the airport around 10:30pm to order the free shuttle. No answer - tried several times and just rang out. Ended up getting an Uber. Arrived around 11pm. Customer service from the front desk was virtually non existent, so was not surprised nobody picked up the phone when I called. Was asked if I needed the shuttle in the morning but was then told all the early shuttles were already fully booked. The room itself was fine other than very poor water pressure from the bathroom sink...
