'It was pretty nice. Had a little courtyard area that was accessible through our room. I'm sure it's no fault of the hotel, but my lamp had a slight ringing sound so hopefully you don't get room 105. The shuttle to the airport made things convenient too'

'Before arrival at the DFW airport, I thought I could reach the hotel on foot. I was disappointed to some extent. But, the shuttle bus is convenient. I could know the location of the bus stop by telephone. In the hotel, a coffee shop is open from 5AM to 1AM. It seems enough for guests who stay the hotel for just one night for transfer.'

'Redelijk nieuw hotel ziet er nog netjes en fris uit. Meubels in de lobby zijn wel al versleten. Kamers zijn mooi groot en de badkamer is netjes. Ontbijt is goed maar een half uur voor het einde wordt er al bijna niks meer bijgevuld.'

'the staff was fantastic and so helpful. My only complaint was that they have quiet hours 10-9am but they had an event two nights in a row at the rooftop bar and the music was so loud that I had to sleep in my over ear beats until it stopped around 1:30am….not exactly quiet hours. '

'They went out of their way to help when stranded by weather/airline. The room was recently updated and the location was ideal for Love Field. There is still construction going on in Lobby but did not affect us at all. The front desk staff answered the phone when we called and went out of her way to make our check in process work when the online reservation was screwed up. We have used this property many times in the past and I am glad it is finally being upgraded. '

'Room wasn't housekept while I was gone for the day in the afternoon after my first night. Thankfully I was conservative with my use of what was supplied in the room during my first night. TV remote would stop working if I used it from the bed, but sometimes would start working again. The fridge and microwave in the room was a nice convenience. Quiet and I slept well. Shower works very well and easy to use.'
