Chalets in Río San Francisco

'Worst experience because of the poor communication from the people at the front desk. They send you to a restaurant next door promising a discount that never happens. The waitresses there lack manners, professionalism, and they even steal from you. I'm never coming back.'

'The staff at the bar was hardly ever there when needed. The staff from the reception, adjacent to the bar refused each and every time to help out and told me go look for the bar-staff or wait. This happened 7 days in a row'

'Wifi was only available for 1 device. This creates some inconvenience for business people.'

'Fantastic hotel all round. Great location, (mega modern mall beside it and hop on hop off bus next door as well) new building, super charming staff, excellent spacious rooms - all with a stunning view, comfy beds and fine linen - pool & gym on 18th floor also with amazing view, self service washing machines, great breakfast and delicious food in restaurant in evening (unusual in hotels I find!). Price/quality ratio very good. If I read this review I would think it was too good to be true but...

'Hele mooie kamers met een prachtig uitzicht! Zeker de rooftop gaan verkennen'
