There is no dishwasher, but there was a full sized washer and dryer. The kitchen had a microwave, toaster,and coffee maker. Just the right size for family meals. « The unit was perfect to use as a home base for SpaceX Starship launch and South Padre Island activities. You do have to pay the recreation fee for the facilities, but it's a nice community. If you use this for Starship launch viewing, you'll need to venture out to find a good view of the launch pad, but short walks can get you there. »
