'The most beautiful boutique hotel in an amazing location! The staff was warm and welcoming, and the included breakfast was truly top tier, absolutely delicious. The only downside was that I didn’t receive the room I originally booked, and although I was told I’d be upgraded, that didn’t happen. Since I was out most of the day, I didn’t go back to the lobby to sort it out. That said, the bed and pillows alone were worth the stay.....so comfortable! I would definitely return.'

'The hotel is located at Calle El Conde,the main street.That means you're close to everything (restaurants,bars,...).At 100 m there's even a supermarket ! Our room had a balcony which is very nice to watch people passing by. It also had a kitchenette fully equipped (that we did not use). The room was cleaned every day. The bed was good. 'Beautiful historic building that is now a hotel, the rooms are a bit dated, I expected a bit newer standard in the elements of the room. The location is perfect for sightseeing the most iconic parts of Santo Domingo. The staff is very friendly and service was excellent, food was very good as well and we would stay again if we are to visit Santo Domingo again. Great fast check in, fast check out, well run hotel. '

'I chose this hotel because I needed an apartment style hotel because I traveled with a child. This was perfect for my needs and it had a full kitchen, a bedroom and living room. The area is very quiet but still very near the main attractions of the area. It included breakfast but you need to go to a restaurant by parque Colón to eat it, that’s like 3 blocks away. They don’t allow visitors to your apartment. '

'Very nice and friendly hotel. Right at thé centre square at main street in the colonial zone. Evrything can be reached by foot or with an uber (very cheap). I would not recommend parking your car in this street, as it is very busy. There is no elevator, so keep that in mind. Also make sure you can get a room that is not facing the square. At night (2-3 am) they will powerwash the square from all the bird poop from the pigeons. That will wake you up. And at 7 am the cleaners with blowers will...

'La habitación impecable, el personal muy amable, los alimentos deliciosos 😋, lo único que no es agradable es la falta de estacionamiento, cuando llegamos fue complicado encontrar espacio pues el estacionamiento que nos indico el personal del hotel estaba lleno, terminamos dejandolo en la calle. De ahi en fuera todo exelente.'

'Other than the bathroom being a bit small room was clean great staff very welcoming and helpful, for the price couldn’t ask for more. room gets cold with a/c and hot water is there. Location is right in the heart of the city so can find anything you need within 5 minute walk. Definitely work stay again'
