'The two reserved tower rooms with partial ocean view were not provided when checking in. After complaining about that we were moved from the third floor to the seventh floor where we could see the ocean partially. Furthermore, during the booking process we were offered "slot play" as an included amenity, but this has not been available for more than two years according to the reception employees.'

'Beautiful historic building that is now a hotel, the rooms are a bit dated, I expected a bit newer standard in the elements of the room. The location is perfect for sightseeing the most iconic parts of Santo Domingo. The staff is very friendly and service was excellent, food was very good as well and we would stay again if we are to visit Santo Domingo again. Great fast check in, fast check out, well run hotel. '

'Receptie dik onder de maat. Kamer niet zoals bij Hotel.com vermeld. Geen minibar, geen koffiezetapparaat, kluisje werkte niet, E.e.a zou hersteld worden, maar toen we om middernacht terug kwamen was er helemaalniets gedaan. Laadkabel van iPhone vergeten, omdat het stopcontact achter het gordijn zat, hierover gebeld en we zouden teruggebeld worden, maar niets meer gehoord.'
