Our apartment was on the top level and had the most amazing, huge wrap around balcony. definitely a standout feature. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge was very comfortable. The beds were comfy with the black out curtains making for a nice sleep. The bathroom was equipped with a washing and drying machines and the shower had a rain head. 'Great after hours checkin system - painless! Room very comfortable, clean and convenient to the airport. Instructions very easy to follow. No face to face contact but friendly phone manner. I would mark down for not having a ramp to get to the lift from reception as it is one step down. Otherwise would stay here again. '
