'Coming to Belmar for the first time and expecting a quaint little hotel. Instead, we were welcomed with the lovely scent of cigarettes and run down everything. From the lobby to the 10x10 room for $235 a night, everything was a disappointment. Pool was not in working order and completely emptied. If I ever return to Belmar, I will definitely not be staying at this property.'

'A good motel for 1 or a couple of days. A little bit dated, but to be honest, that's the charme of a American motel. Very friendly owner, beds are good, breakfast sober but ok and a nice swimmingpool. '

'When i stayed for 4th of july there was no electricity. Room temperature at 82°. It was so uncomfortable. When I talked to front desk they said "sorry nothing we can do". I don't understand why it was not taken seriously or maybe call someone to fix the issue. I wish I could get a partial refund because even taking a shower was an issue. So bad.'
