'The hotel was definitely convenient to Long Branch. We did have a few problems with our room. The TV in the living room didn’t work and neither did the shower. I asked Jarret at the front desk if they could move us and before he gave us another room he went to check that everything was working. He was wonderful. The AC wasn’t great. The living room was cold and the bedroom was warm, they did provide us with a fan which did help. We saw that they were changing the AC units but unfortunately not...

'This was my fourth visit to Hilton Doubletree in Tinton Falls, NJ. I have always had a great experience. My only complaint this time is the room was not ready at 3:15 and we had to wait about 20 minutes. That would not have been a problem except for the fact that the room was not completely clean. When I brought it to the attention of management, the problem was resolved and the room was cleaned again. The cost is reasonable for being on the Jersey shore, not too far from the beach.'

'parking and check in was quick and easy. Room was smaller than expected and door to bathroom was too large for room, part of the door was cut out to open and close properly around the kitchen counter. Also water pressure was low and I had to keep adjusting the thermostat. '
