Cottages in Raccoon Key

'Disappointing. We love Venture Out, arrived on Friday to trench on the right side of the unit. Saturday and Sunday was nice, enjoyed the porch overlooking canal. Monday workers showed up worked on trench, filled it in and starting digging on left side. Using an excavator, saws etc we could not sit outside. Hard to even have a conversation inside. This went on all week. They finished the trenching and paved on Thursday. Terrible!I notified host on Tuesday and she came over to apologize, very nice...

'Our family stayed for a couple of nights during spring break. The property is well stocked with pretty much everything you need other than food. Very clean and nicely decorated!
