'Della SPA non ho visto nemmeno l’ombra e non mi è stata proposta. La colazione buona. Il bagno della camera 401 aveva i seguenti difetti: Asse del wc rotta Porta della doccia non chiudeva Scarico della doccia lentissimo Un asciugamano nuovo arrotolato da loro nel cestino era sporco di rossetto… Tutto il resto ok'

'The room itself was beautiful and cleaned, but the building entrance in order to get to the room was complicated- Elevator is tiny. One of the days the building lost power, so we had to wait outside until someone could come to open the main entrance. I have 2 little kids, so it was a scary moment, but other than that, once in the room, everything was fine.'

'We arrived late at night and with no instruction from staff as to how to enter the property it was pretty scary, given the neighbourhood. It would have been helpful to have been provided a gate code before check in to ensure we weren't standing outside of the property in the middle of the night for so long.'

'Beautiful property with an interesting theme. I wish I had more time to explore. This B&B is located perfectly close to the water. We were able to walk to the boardwalk in under a minute and enjoy a scenic walk by the waters, have dinner, and drinks. The breakfast was delicious and lots of variety for everyone's preference. The room was clean and comfortable. We'll maintained. However we did see some mold around the shower area.'

'Das B&B befindet sich in einer nicht so schönen Lage. Vor der Haustüre waren mehrere Müllkontainer und ein Obdachloser der das Haus bewacht. Der Kontakt mit der Unterkunft lief gut, wir waren recht früh da und konnten über die Nummer an der Türe schnell jemanden erreichen. Check in war noch nicht möglich aber wir konnten netterweise unsere Koffer vor Ort lassen. Eine Reinigungskraft hat uns eingecheckt. Sie war sehr freundlich. Allerdings geht es zu dem B&B erst mal eine lange, enge Treppe nach...

'We had such an incredible experience at Villa Silvana. The hotel was beautiful, the staff were so hospitable. One of the best experiences we had! We highly recommend this place! The property is walkable to everything, rooms are very spacious, clean, very nice staff.'
