« Great place! Clean, comfortable, tons of appliances and things in the kitchen. Pool and hot tub right out the door. Lots of things to do nearby. Parking can be difficult if you have more than one car. »

The rooms are very compact with little to no room to move around but this is fairly consistent with other properties in the area. The couch is older and could use replacing. It is sunken in and the fabric is pilling. The cleanliness was not up to par and this could definitely be improved, not disgusting but also not what you would expect for the premium price.
