This is the remnants of a 1920’s cliff collapse in the southern part of LA which took with it multiple houses and part of a road. You’ll have to jump a barrier, crawl under the fence on the side of a cliff, and possibly pay a $400 fine (if you’re caught). Het hotel is heel gehorig, vooral de kamers onderling. Wij zijn er 3 dagen geweest en er is geen enkele keer schoongemaakt, prullenbakjes geleegd en handdoeken vervangen. We zijn zelf maar naar de receptie gegaan voor nieuwe handdoeken. De kamers zijn wel heel groot en de badkamer netjes. Ook is er een goede koffieservice bij de receptie.

Last year I spent the day driving around Los Angeles with a couple of photography friends. As we arrived at the Korean Friendship Bell I shot this picture while my buddy shot his composition standing next to me! I honestly didn't care for this picture when it was shot and we were going to reshoot during a sunset at a later date...then my friend died and I have found a different level of appreciation for this picture! I will always remember his generosity, crazy sense of humor, and his love for his two children! RIP Thomas Allen Gartner III
