'Boutique was well maintained, quiet, clean and felt extremely safe. The only small inconvenience is that if you need something you have to go down to the reception area to ask for it. You cannot call from the room. The cleaning staff were amazing and always willing to help. Air condition worked great. You are able to regulate the temperature in the room on your own. I would definitely stay here again.'

'Highly recommend the Cholula Condesa Hotel by Lumina! We really enjoyed our stay; the property is modern, clean, and has a great atmosphere. The location in the heart of Condesa is perfect for exploring the neighborhood. Most importantly, the service was excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful, and they provided a huge service by storing our luggage for us while we were away on another trip. A fantastic choice for anyone visiting Mexico City.'

Laundry services are available (for free if you do it yourself or 200mxn to get it delivered to your room). Breakfast is included and tasty yet limited. Many options in the neighbourhood though!'

'Excelente atención por parte del personal del hotel, atentos y amables. Instalaciones en buen estado y cuartos limpios. Solo el estacionamiento (que no es parte del hotel y se comparte con plaza insurgentes), a pesar del descuento por ser huésped, es muy caro. El descuento solo cubre de 10:00 a 15:00 hrs de los check inn y check out fuera de ese tiempo son aprox 70$ por hora para considerarlo la próxima vez.'

'We had a great stay here for 4 days during the World Cup for the Mexico v Ecuador game. Our room/apartment was huge compared to most hotel rooms and had everything we needed. Location was great too down a secure road. Special thanks to our host - Humberto for organising safe transfer to and from the Azteca for a convincing 2-0 win to Mexico. Gracias.'

'I Rented the penthouse with hot tub and couldn’t get dry towels other than the 2 inside and 2 outside towels for 2 people wanting to be in and out of the water and enjoy. The next day we couldn’t do late checkout because the room needed to be cleaned because and was told it was rented that night. I would have preferred to stay up there but we were moved to the jacuzzi tub room and still no towels. I went out of my way specifically for the hottub and jacuzzi because I needed them for therapy.
