Rooms are functional and represented excellent value for money. Breakfast was freshly cooked and lovely. If you are after a no frills excellent value for money stay with friendly landlord then you won’t go far wrong. '

'The property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me! '
